We only collect information necessary to deliver, license, and support our plugin services. This is split between our website and direct communications initiated by the plugin:

A. Information Collected Automatically by the Plugin

  • License Information: To verify your eligibility for updates and premium features, our plugin transmits your registered license key, associated email address, and the domain name of the WordPress site using the plugin.
  • Usage Metrics: The plugin reports the number of orders processed in your warehouse monthly. This is purely a count metric (e.g., 42 orders used this month) to manage limits on the free version. No customer personal details or order line-item contents are ever sent to our servers.
  • System Diagnostic Data: Basic system data including plugin version, active theme, PHP version, and WooCommerce configuration.

B. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account & Purchase Data: When you purchase PickPackify Pro, we collect your name, email, billing address, and payment transaction details. Credit card processing is handled securely by third-party processors.
  • Support Ticket Information: If you submit a support ticket via the plugin dashboard, we collect the ticket subject, description, and your response history to resolve your queries.

2. Use of External Services

The PickPackify plugin respects your local environment. It has limited communication with external services as follows:

  • pickpackify.com: Used to register, sync, and verify your local license key and manage sync requests.
  • api.qrserver.com (Opt-in, disabled by default): If you explicitly enable the "Scan on Mobile Device" feature under License Settings, the plugin uses this service to generate QR codes. This sends only a temporary, single-use session token containing zero order contents, customer details, or personal data. If disabled, QR code generation is skipped.

Important: PickPackify does not sell, rent, or distribute your customer database or order logs to third parties. All picking and packing logs remain private in your local WordPress database.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Deliver license activation, updates, and verify software integrity.
  • Respond to support inquiries and manage ticketing histories.
  • Monitor usage limits and process subscription renewals.
  • Prevent software piracy, fraud, and unauthorized domain mappings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your license data, account information, and support tickets for as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

You can easily wipe your license records locally using the "Factory Reset" command in your settings panel, or contact us to wipe remote records.
