Welcome to PickPackify! By accessing our website https://pickpackify.com or using the PickPackify WooCommerce plugin, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Licensing and Software Terms
The PickPackify software is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). However, active subscriptions, licensing services, auto-updates, and support systems are governed by the following operational terms:
A. License Keys & Domain Binding
- Single Domain Restrictions: Each license key generated by PickPackify is bound to a single domain name. Domain keys cannot be transferred dynamically between multiple sites.
- Activation Email Bind: The email address used during the initial activation of your warehouse terminal is bound strictly to that domain. Once a terminal is registered, the email address cannot be changed.
- Software Integrity Check: License keys are checked periodically against our central licensing server to verify activation status and unlock plan features.
B. Usage Limits
- Free Plan: Limited to 100 order picks/packs per month. When this monthly usage threshold is reached, order processing functions will suspend until the beginning of the next calendar month, or until you upgrade to a Pro plan.
- Pro Plan: Offers unlimited order processing, advanced warehouse analytics dashboards, camera/device barcode scanning support, and multi-order batch picking.
2. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
By purchasing PickPackify Pro, you agree to our pricing terms:
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and are processed automatically.
- Automatic Renewals: Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Customer Dashboard.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes or levies imposed by taxing authorities, which you shall be responsible for paying.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee for all PickPackify Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
3. Support & Ticketing System
We provide plugin support via our dashboard integration:
- Pro Support: Pro plan subscribers receive priority support ticketing directly inside their WordPress admin panel. Tickets and message replies are synced with our licensing server to ensure fast resolution.
- Free Support: Support for Free version users is provided strictly through public forums on WordPress.org on a best-effort basis.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, BRAINBEAN, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Brainbean or PickPackify be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of warehouse productivity, order delays, incorrect shipping counts, customer complaints, data loss, database corruption, or system downtime resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with the updated revision date. Your continued use of the website or plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
